Homebrook Builders was founded in October 2003 by Doug Majors, who has over 14 years of experience in all phases of residential construction. Homebrook builds custom and spec homes throughout Middle Tennessee, with prices ranging from $230,000 - $1 million.

As you would expect, our homes are built with top grade materials by quality craftsmen. We believe that Homebrook's superior customer service is what makes us unique in the home building industry. We understand that building a new home is not only a significant financial investment for you, but an emotional one as well.

Once you have chosen the plans for your new custom home, we will work closely with you through the process of selecting materials, finishes and all of the details that make the home uniquely yours.  This pro-active approach ensures a smooth construction process and no budget surprises down the line.

We will keep you informed throughout construction, knowing that the construction schedules affect your schedule as well. You will experience our commitment to service from your first meeting with us through the completion of your home.
