Homebrook Builders was founded in October 2003 by Doug Majors, who has over 12 years of experience in all phases of residential construction. Homebrook builds custom and spec homes throughout Middle Tennessee, with prices ranging from $350,000 to nearly $1 million.

While our homes are built with top grade materials by quality craftsmen as you would expect, we think that Homebrook's superior customer service is what makes us unique in the home building industry. We understand that building a new home is not only a significant financial investment for you, but an emotional one as well.

Once you have chosen the plans for your new custom home, we will work closely with you through the process of selecting materials, finishes, and all of the details that make the home uniquely yours.  This pro-active approach ensures a smooth construction process and no budget surprises down the line.
